The scope of the maintenance intervals is very small compared to the combustion engine. These can be viewed in a maintenance schedule specially prepared for emco Nova Sharing. In addition, reference times for individual repairs are stored in our dealer system.
Unlike a combustion engine, an electric scooter has no typical wearing parts. Basically, everything that turns and moves can wear out. The batteries and electronic components in emco Nova sharing are very durable. The prerequisite is that all components are used properly. Depending on the load on the electric scooter, many different factors have an influence on wear. The maintenance costs are very low compared to a combustion engine.
Our vehicles and batteries come with a two-year warranty. Applications for application errors, such as deep discharge, will be processed individually even after the warranty period has expired. Certain components can still be reanimated to a certain degree. For this it is necessary that the component is checked by an expert of the company emco electroroller.
There is no general answer to this question. Due to the integrated BMS, all safety shutdowns are integrated in the battery. This means that incorrect charging is not possible. A deep discharge, on the other hand, is an application error.
The insured charge cycles are 500 full charge cycles. This means that one battery can drive up to 30,000 km.
